Can I get my existing office premises remodeled without having to move or relocate?

Yes. We will work within your limitations. One option is to do the work in the evenings or on weekends. We can also complete the project in phases and relocate areas during the remodel.

Generally how long does it take from the time I call you to the time construction starts?

Depending on the size and scope of work it can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to 4-6 months.

Can I revamp my existing space on a limited budget?

Sure, good design does not need to be expensive, it just needs to be good design.

Why should I put in a sit-stand workstation? What are the benefits?

There are many benefits of a sit-stand workstation, not only for the user but also for the employer. Sitting all day has negative effects on one’s health and increases risk factors to various diseases. By standing for part of your day these risk factors are decreased.  Besides these health benefits, reducing the amount of time one spends sitting has also been linked to an increase in productivity.

If I am replacing old furniture with new, what else should I take into consideration?

When you are clearing out any office area of existing furniture you should always be looking at the walls, ceiling, carpet and lighting while you have the advantage of an empty space (before the new furniture is installed). Now would be the perfect time to upgrade lighting, replace carpet, paint walls and replace ceiling tiles.

How much do your services cost?

Our design can be done by an hourly rate or we can give you an estimate based on the number of hours that we feel will be required. If we are handling your entire project we will provide you with a breakdown of your entire costs.

What additional professionals will I need if I have a major renovation?

Depending on the size and scope of your project you may need architects and engineers. These services are provided by Terence Webster Design giving you a single contact source.
