We have been in business for over 50 years designing for the commercial, retail, and hospitality industry. Design
At TWD we offer full service commercial interior design and provide complete sets of working drawings, including all necessary specifications and schedules. Our scope of work includes a full analysis of the client’s needs, space planning, and the selection of all finishes, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, wall types, doors, hardware, millwork and furniture.
Building
We offer project management and oversee the job throughout its entire course. Our team looks after all necessary purchasing, deliveries and installation of products and we are on site during the construction to ensure all work is done according to the specifications and “on time.” Our team provides all trade work whether it be flooring install, ceiling or wall construction, painting, electrical work or plumbing.
Maintain
Once the project is complete we continue to maintain a close relationship with the client. We look after any warranties and work to ensure the client remains completely satisfied with the space. We make certain that the client’s space continues to meet their needs and our team is there if or when their needs change.
