Sutton Quantum is a realty brokerage. TWD previously designed their Mississauga office and Sutton Quantum was now looking to open a new office in downtown Oakville.
challenge
Sutton Quantum’s Oakville office was intended to be a multi-purpose space, a space that could be used for training sessions, industry gatherings and general office space. The space needed to be open and collaborative while maintaining a high-end Oakville elegance that would impress prospective clients and brokers.
solution
TWD worked with the existing structure of the space, leaving the centre of the office as open as possible. Offices stayed along the perimeter with glass on the exteriors which contributed to the open feeling. Furniture was chosen which would allow for collaboration and could be used in multiple configurations. In order to create interest in the open space a patterned carpet tile was installed and custom wall features were incorporated into the design. Red accents were also used which reinforced the Sutton Quantum brand and logo.

Sutton Quantum’s new location is modern and elegant. The space now makes a bold statement about who they are and is the perfect space for hosting numerous events while remaining completely functional for everyday work.
